Anywhere

In the morning when I wake up
And find it hard to clear my head
Then I think back to the days when
a man worked hard to keep his family fed.

And I wake up and I wonder
When the rest of the World will too.

People everywhere walking up and down the avenue
Everybody's getting in the way I don't know what to do
Hit by a truck or run over by a bicycle
In the city you can't see the forest for the people.

Let's get away we'll take a trip to anywhere
Far back in time or maybe to the nearest star
Wonderful day, we'll leave the World behind
and I'll go anywhere as long as it's with you.

If I asked you would you come
or are you just like the rest
If we try hard don't be surprised
If we find a paradise
And we'll wake up without a care
And the rest of the World will too.
